Summary
A lot of people truly do not understand how quickly we are using up our resources and the effects it has on the enviroment. In addition to the laws put in place, we need to educate the world about the power of consumerism. When consumers speak through their pocketbook, companies listen to them. The rapid growth that forests are disappearing all over the world is shocking; the climate change, disappearance of species, and destruction of natural resources are just a few negative consequences.
